I just found out that Festaria by designer Alice Coelho, a store in Shopping Leblon which specializes in party décor, is selling Carnival costumes for kids and grown-ups.
How about that for Carnival shopping with comfort and perhaps a Mocha Frappuccino at the mall’s Starbucks?
